ln women:
Ovulation induction after follicle growth stimulation. ln patients with luteal phase insufficiency for maintenance of the corpus-luteum-function.
In men and boys:
Elevate position of testes (gliding testis, retention testis, testes inguinales, resp. abdominales pubertas trada, hypogonadal hypogonadism (in combination with HMG)).
As diagnostic agent:
To evaluate the functionality of testes in hypogonadal hypogonadism before starting a long-term stimulation therapy (Leydig cell function test).
